Group Health Information
In today’s competitive market compensation packages are important in attracting and retaining good workers. Offering group health insurance is a valuable component of a compensation package which aids in the recruiting of potential employees.
We specialize in employee benefit packages for small businesses. Any group with between 2-50 employees qualifies as a guaranteed issue group for health insurance according to AB 1672.
AB 1672 is a California state law that allows an employer group of 2-50 employees to purchase group health coverage. In order to obtain group coverage under AB 1672 insurance carriers will require proof of the business entity. The most common forms of proof they request are the DE-6 (quarterly wage and withholding report), partnership agreements, and corporate filings from the Secretary of State (DBA).
We are committed to providing your business with the best customer service possible. That is why we offer customized enrollment kits, up to date census information, as well as assisting with all claims and eligibility issues.
